I was having a chat with someone a few days ago about the differences of racing a rear-wheeled car to a front-wheeled car. Surely its just a case of understanding the weight distribution and loading forces of a car under breaking, during and after a corner which is important.
If you know and understand where the power is distributed and when then isn’t it a case of adjusting your style and understanding to suit? As a racer I find understeer incredibly frustrating – I just want to get on with exiting the corner. Now for me it would be good to change the set up and/or understand the car better and adapt my style to suit. Thats what’s so cool about racing – you have to work through problems, learn and adapt…..cool..bring it on!!!!
Racing updates coming soon….: )
